GOLF Partner Wholesale (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) operates https://golfpartner-wholesale.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”).
The Shipping Policy for customers registered with our services forms part of our Terms of Service. Please review this policy again when placing your order.
By ordering through this Website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are provided to ensure mutual protection and expectations regarding our services.
General Provisions
Shipping is subject to stock availability.
We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website at all times. However, as we also sell our products in-store and through other online channels, discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we may not be able to fulfill all items in your order.
If certain items are out of stock, we will ship only the available items and automatically cancel the unavailable ones.
In the event products are out of stock after an order has been placed, we do not notify customers about individual out-of-stock items.
If an order is reduced by 50% or more due to out-of-stock products, we will notify the customer of the change.
The minimum order requirement is one full box. A single box typically accommodates approximately 20 drivers or around 7 iron sets.
Customers are welcome to mix and match different types of clubs within a box to suit their needs.

Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are generally the customer’s responsibility.
- The forwarder used will be one designated by the Company.
- Shipping is typically via air transport, but sea transport may be used depending on circumstances, and we will notify you in advance if this occurs.
(As of December 2024: FedEx International Connect Plus is used.) - Delivery is expected to take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to the specified address, including doorstep delivery.
(This may change, and in such cases, we will notify you in advance.) - Returns or refunds are not accepted after an order has been shipped.
Shipping Time
- Shipping takes approximately 6 weeks from order placement. (Varies depending on the order quantity and delivery region.)
- After confirming payment for your order, shipping will be delivered approximately 5 – 6 weeks after the order date.
- Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours, excluding holidays when the warehouse is closed. We will take measures to minimize delays in such cases.
- Please note that orders may be delayed due to the holiday period from December 28 to January 3.
- Orders cannot be split into multiple shipments.
Packaging
- Standard export packaging is used.
- Palletized packaging is not provided. (If deemed necessary by the Company, additional fees may apply.)
Address Changes
You can change your shipping address at any time before the order is shipped.
Tracking Notifications
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment based on updates provided by the carrier.
Damages During Transit
- If a package is found damaged during transit, refuse delivery from the forwarder if possible and contact our customer service team.
- If the package is delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for further instructions.
Import Duties and Taxes
- Import duties and taxes may apply upon the shipment’s arrival in the destination country.
- These costs vary by country, and customers are advised to be aware of potential fees before placing an order.
- Our inventory includes clubs manufactured in Japan, China, and other Asian countries. While all orders are shipped from Japan, please note that customs duties may vary depending on the product’s country of origin. All customs duties and related charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- If you refuse to pay import duties or taxes upon the shipment’s arrival, the product will be returned to the Company at your expense. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
We do not accept partial cancellations or cancellations of remaining items due to customer preferences after the order has been confirmed.
Please note that if an order is canceled due to customer circumstances, we may not be able to accept future orders.
Insurance
- Shipments are insured against loss or damage up to the amount specified by the carrier.
- To mitigate risks such as damage during transit, additional insurance (e.g., cargo insurance) may be added, with the cost borne by the customer.
Handling Damaged Shipments
Once the carrier completes its investigation, the Company will proceed with a refund or exchange for the customer.
Compliance with Laws
If discrepancies between export regulations in the shipping country and import regulations in the destination country prevent customs clearance or distribution of the imported product, we will discuss alternative measures with you or notify you in advance that your order will be canceled. Costs incurred in such cases will be borne by the customer.
Country Risks
Transactions may be impacted by risks such as war, civil unrest, or changes in political regimes, leading to issues like halted imports, exports, or currency remittance.
To avoid these risks, the Company may decide at its discretion whether or not to proceed with a transaction. If transactions are conducted with high-risk countries, trade insurance may be used to cover potential losses, with related costs borne by the customer.

Currency and Payment Methods
- All fees and payments are handled in Japanese Yen (JPY).
- Electronic funds transfers must have their associated fees paid by the customer.
- Costs borne by the customer are typically paid upon placing the order. If there is a shortfall, additional fees will be invoiced or offset against the paid product price.
- Once the invoice has been issued, please complete the payment within the quote validity period (within 5 days).
