This site, “GOLF Partner Wholesale” is a website operated by Golf Partner Co. for corporate or individuals who sell golf products (customers who recognized as qualified businesses are hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”). The details of the handling of personal information of the Customer obtained through our business are set forth below, and we will handle personal information pertaining to the Customer, etc., appropriately and in good faith.

Your personal information will be managed in accordance with the XEBIO Group Privacy Policy and this Handling of Personal Information. Our consumer site (https://www.golfpartner.co.jp) and online store site (https://www.golfpartner.jp/ https://golfpartner-wholesale.com/) may be linked to other third party sites. The Company assumes no responsibility for any personal information collected or managed by the linked or third-party sites.

  • All information related to transactions such as reservations, purchases, and purchases of services or products offered by the Company, point service subscriptions, and campaign applications.

  • IP addresses used by the Customer when accessing the Internet, mobile device identification information, etc.

  • Login information to our site, browser type, version, and operating system information.

  • Any other information that is automatically collected through the use of our site, such as access history obtained through the use of cookies or other technologies.

4. Information provided by suppliers

Purpose of use of personal information

We may use the above personal information for the following purposes

  • To collect personal information in accordance with the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act when purchasing golf equipment.

  • To provide information, products and services that may be useful to you.

  • For marketing activities related to the products and services of the Company, its group companies, and its business partners.

  • To develop new products and services that may be useful to the Customer.

  • To respond to inquiries and complaints regarding products and services.

  • To improve the quality of telephone service and to respond appropriately to requests (*for voice on the telephone).

  • For operations related to the provision, shipment, payment, etc., of products and services when you use our services and when you apply for campaigns, gifts, etc.

  • To manage individual golf school members.

  • To prevent shoplifting and theft (* store security camera images)

  • To conduct marketing research and prepare statistical data.

  • To make the use of our website and mobile site more pleasant.

  • For advertising distribution. When we use your personal information for marketing research, we will statistically process it in a form that does not identify you.

2. Personal information obtained from business partners

Security of personal information

We have implemented the following security control measures for the handling of personal information.

In order to ensure the proper handling of personal information obtained from the Customer and others, we have established the XEBIO Group Privacy Policy as our basic policy, which includes "compliance with laws and other regulations," "management and protection of personal information," "response to inquiries," "strengthening the personal information management system, education, etc. The Zebio Group Privacy Policy is based on the following principles.

Children's data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted.

As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
