Refund policy

Products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are deemed unusable.
If unusable products are identified, please contact us first. Depending on the condition, a full or partial refund will be provided.

If you request standard inspection and discrepancies in model/rank are found, please contact us. Depending on the condition, a partial refund will be issued.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 3 months of the product's arrival and provide images of the product.
Refunds will be issued in full or in part based on the product's condition.

Refunds will be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and calculated based on the exchange rate at the time the refund is determined.

Both parties expressly exclude the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
