HOW TO ORDER

*PLEASE NOTE*

  1. The minimum order requirement is one full box. A single box typically accommodates approximately 20 drivers or around 7 iron sets. Orders cannot be placed if the minimum is not met.
  2. The prices displayed on the store are in the local currency, but please note that billing and payment will be in Japanese yen.
  3. As our products are also sold in physical stores and online, items may go out of stock. Therefore, we recommend placing your order with a 20% buffer.
  4. If an order is canceled due to customer circumstances, we may not be able to accept future orders.
  5. Once the invoice has been issued, please complete the payment within the quote validity period (within 5 days).

STEP 1. Log into your account

As a wholesale customer, please ensure to be logged in, otherwise, you will be unable to access the product catalog. All wholesale customers MUST be logged in with the email they provided at the time of registering their account, to view the catalog and complete checkout.

STEP 2. Accessing our catalog

Once you complete the log in process, "CATALOG" will now be visible in the header menu. To browse all of the available products, please click "CATALOG."

STEP 3. Browse and select

After "CATALOG" is clicked, you will be directed to our product catalog page. Here, you can find all of our available products. You can use the filter on the left hand side to filter down and assist your search for products.

STEP 4. Time to checkout

To add products into your shopping cart, press the yellow "ADD TO CART" button. This button can be accessed by hovering over the product listing. Once you are finished with your selection of products, you can now proceed to the shopping cart. To access the shopping cart, click the cart icon located in the upper right hand corner.

STEP 5. your shopping cart

On the cart page, the subtotal of your order and all items you have added to the cart will be visible. From here press "Checkout" to proceed with submitting your order.

*Please note that all items in your cart are not guaranteed. The final product list will be sent to you once the final inspection has concluded.

STEP 6. Inspection method

At checkout, two inspection methods will be available. Please choose from either selection.

Simple Inspection: We will confirm whether basic specs such as category, brand, men's or women's, dexterity match product information. Eligible for refund/partial refund if unsellable item is discovered.

Standard Inspection: Simple inspection plus model verification, rank verification, headcover check, eligible for full/partial refund for discrepancies.

step 7. Submit your order

Once an Inspection Method has been selected, please proceed to pressing the "Submit for review" button.

Please note that the "Choose payment method later" is the only available option by default. You will complete payment by bank transfer with information provided to you via email once your order has been finalized.

Step 8. Check your inbox

Once your order has been finalized and prepared, an email will be sent to you detailing all items that will be shipping in your order, as well as the final cost and additional fees (e.g. inspection cost). Please submit payment as soon as possible with the provided bank information, which can be found towards the bottom of the email.
